Welcome to Hands 4 Wellbeing.

Providing Complementary Therapies aimed at supporting and improving the quality of life of anyone who may have been affected by a serious or long term illness and their family / carer’s.

Any profit we make has a social purpose and always goes back into our service for the benefit of our clients, either through funding our regular clinic, workshops, specialist equipment or treatments.

Our service is unique as it provides high quality complementary therapy treatments which are both affordable and accessible . We know that by having access to these on a regular basis it will improve your overall health and wellbeing.

Regular clinics are run at Blurton hub in Stoke and I work with several supports groups like MS Mondays around the city.

We have developed a range of Wellbeing workshops which instruct various self help techniques that can help you manage your own wellbeing at home, in between and at appointments or within the corporate workplace. Please contact me to find out more.

Our Information and educational talks/ presentations about ‘What are Complementary Therapies and how do they support your health and wellbeing’ are very popular and we kindly accept donations to the service for these.

I am professionally trained and hold a Foundation Degree in Complementary Therapies and registered with the professional body, ‘The Federation of Holistic Therapists’ (www.FHT.org.uk)

I am listed on the Professional Standards Authority Accredited Voluntary Register, hold full professional indemnity insurance, hold current DRB
