Well, what a wonderful week of workshops we have had and what lovely people we have met and shared some self help skills with.
The Wellbeing workshops were a short intro into how our bodies cope with everyday life and some self help skills that you can use anywhere to support our when you need it’ll.
We have had some great feedback and we will post the comments we have had after the weekend.
The social part of our project has been received really well & we will look to hopefully do more of them after the summer.

During our workshop we will provide a short introduction to our service but also provide you with self-help skills to help you promote and enjoy relaxation to support any anxiety / stress or just a busy life
