Busy getting out & about.

Do you run or attend a support group?

We do free talks & presentations which  highlight what we do, how it supports your health and wellbeing and answer any questions you may have.

We visited a lovely group of ladies in Leek this week called Leek Optimists and visiting a group next week called The Lost Chord Group.

If you would like us to visit you send email us at info@hands4wellbeing.co.uk
